To put it simply, Michael Leavy was born a filmmaker. Ever since he learned what a movie was he has dreamed of making them. Fortunately, it didn’t take long for that dream to become a reality. Michael taught himself how to edit at an early age and has perfected his craft ever since. From the early days of using a paper-towel roll to scroll credits, all the way through mastering Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere, his passion has never left. Michael almost single-handedly ran his high school’s television studio; anchoring the show each morning and creating more skits and short films than anyone else in the studio’s history. Michael received his Bachelor’s Degree in TV & Film from Saint John’s University and also took graduate classes to further his knowledge. In 2010 Michael Leavy, along with his brother Jason Leavy and Steven Della Salla, established a production company, Fuzz on the Lens Productions. In 2014 Fuzz on the Lens’ received worldwide fame with their viral ‘Staten Island Clown” publicity stunt. More recently, Michael was cast as the lead alongside Emmy winner Martha Byrne in the film “Bottle in the Smoke” and has directed/produced a comedy/fantasy entitled “Abnormal Attraction” starring Malcom McDowell, Gilbert Gottfried, Tyler Mane, Leslie Easterbrook, and academy award nominee Bruce Davison.

Michael Melski is an award-winning writer-director of feature films including the dramatic thriller CHARLIE ZONE (2013), winner of Best Feature Film at the Atlantic Film Festival as well as the ImagineNative Film Festival in Toronto. CHARLIE ZONE premiered internationally at the Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival, as well as screening at Perspective Canada in Cannes. The film is distributed by Myriad Pictures and Anchor Bay Releasing worldwide. His debut feature, the cult comedy hit GROWING OP (2008) screened at festivals worldwide, including the LA Comedy Film Festival and has been an enduring hit on Netflix and the Sundance Channel across North America. The film was acquired by Shoreline Entertainment and has been sold around the world.

His latest film, the feature documentary PERFUME WAR (2016) won Best Feature Documentary at the Atlantic Film Festival, Best Humanitarian Film at the Sedona International Film Festival, and the Audience Choice for Best Documentary at the Sonoma International Film Festival and the Victoria Film Festival. It was released theatrically to rave reviews across Canada in 2017 and has been sold to the CBC for national broadcast.

In addition to film, Michael has written and/or directed for several CSA nominated television series, and his many produced and published stage plays include HOCKEY MOM, HOCKEY DAD and THE FLY FISHER’S COMPANION.

Brett Glassberg is an actor and director, known for Derelicts (2017), ABCs of Death 2.5 (2016) and Max and the Mouse (2014).

Stewart Sparke is an Independent Filmmaker from Yorkshire, UK. Stewart has a BA in Film and Television Production from York St. John University and an MA in Directing Film and Television at Bournemouth University. After graduating University he worked in a variety of roles on a number of film and television productions including the BBC’s Blue Peter and the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Later in 2012, he co-founded the film and animation production company Glass Cannon, through which Stewart directed a number of independent short films. CONTAINMENT was shortlisted for the Horror Channel’s 2014 Shortcuts to Hell 2 competition and was included in the Horror Anthology Feature film. Later that year, Stewart directed the First World War short film LOSS AND LEGACY which earned a ROYAL TELEVISION SOCIETY award nomination.

In 2015, Stewart co-founded the production company Dark Rift Films with frequent collaborator Paul Butler. Rob Grant’s film career started in the editing department on CABIN IN THE WOODS. In between shows he would write and direct his own projects such as his first feature film, a no budget, 16mm, zombiefest called YESTERDAY, which screened at Fantastic Fest as well as multiple other genre festivals. Most recently Rob’s had the opportunity to assistant edit and learn from Michael Kahn and Steven Spielberg on THE BFG and working with Matt Reeves as the Assistant Editor/Previz Editor on the newest WAR FOR THE PLANET OF THE APES. He’s taken what he’s learned on these major studio shows and applied them to his own work to try and create interesting and elevated genre projects.

Marc Carreté, born 1970 in Barcelona. An indie producer & director, member of the Catalan Film Academy. He studied Audiovisuals and MBA, and worked for years with some of the leading advertising agencies in Spain. Dale has long been using his imagination and visual sensibilities to communicate and tell stories.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Dale studied at the Art Center College of Design. As an honored graduate, Dale continued his post grad work as a young, award winning Art Director/Designer while pursuing his passion as a filmmaker. Dale’s formal training in art and design eventually helped pave the way for him as a visual storyteller. His transition from design to directing was a natural and swift evolution.

As a director, Dale has produced and directed numerous, award-winning films and projects (100 Yards 2017, Lonely Boy 2013, Area 407 2012) as well as a variety of music videos, industrial films, infomercials and live theater productions.

Regardless of genre – drama, action or comedy, Dale strives to entertain by telling uncompromising stories about the power, strength and often flawed character of the human spirit.

Dale currently resides in LA working as a freelance director and is developing a number of film and tv projects.

Sky Wang, Chinese American writer/director, born in Mainland China and immigrated to the West in his formative years. Having lived in the UK, Canada, and the USA, Sky grew up appreciating people and stories of all types and origins. Graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a film degree, and during the time of his studies, Sky directed numerous shorts and received many festival accolades. With one foot in the American film industry, Sky also pursues projects in the Greater China region, where he directed his first Chinese feature film in 2017. Sky is currently represented by CAA.

Drew Bolton is a New York director, editor and visual artist known for music videos and creating enormous wigs. He’s worked on videos with Sasha Velour, Snoop Dogg, SSION, and Peaches, and worked on projects with PS1, Sotheby’s, and VICE. Killer Unicorn is his feature directorial debut.
